Refund policy

Online Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return for a full refund. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Eligible for Return:

  • Regular-priced clothing and shoes in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • Items purchased with a promo or discount code (even when automatically applied) qualify for exchange or store credit only.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.  Need a label? We can provide one — a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items:

  • Sale / Markdown items
  • Intimates & swimwear
  • Apothecary & candles
  • Accessories (jewelry, bags, hats, hair, etc.)

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include original tags.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions will be denied and returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Ineligible items sent without approval may be returned at your cost or donated.

Additional Policy Notes:

  • Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet policy standards.

Return Instructions

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at care@monomin.com
    – Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Include the original invoice in your return package.
  3. Pack your items securely and return them using your preferred shipping method, or request a return label from us.
    – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    – We recommend using a trackable service, as the return is your responsibility until it is received.
    – If you choose a MONOMIN-provided return label, $10 will be deducted from your refund. Our labels include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Regular-priced items may be returned in original condition within 14 days for exchange or store credit onlyRefunds are not offered for in-store purchases.

Final Sale Items (not eligible for return or exchange):
Sale items, intimates, swimwear, apothecary, candles, and accessories (including jewelry, hats, and bags).

In-Store Pickups Returns & Exchanges

In-store pickup orders are treated as online orders, in that you have 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund on eligible items. After 7 days, all sales are final

  • Orders not picked up within 60 days will be donated.
