To be successful in this role, you must excel at the following:

  • High-energy attitude and a passion for retail
  • Maintain a warm, helpful and fun shopping environment.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry and trends that align with Monomin.
  • Actively support our clientele program in-store and via our app, tech outreaches and client book.
  • Organize inventory on the sales floor and maintain a clean, minimal aesthetic of the shop throughout the day.
  • Measure and exceed customer service goals, including: customer retention and winbacks.
  • Uphold consistent inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
  • Punctuality and professionalism.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years relevant service experience in a boutique retail environment
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
