FULL-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE

To be successful in this role, you must excel at the following:
- High-energy attitude and a passion for retail
- Maintain a warm, helpful and fun shopping environment.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and trends that align with Monomin.
- Actively support our clientele program in-store and via our app, tech outreaches and client book.
- Organize inventory on the sales floor and maintain a clean, minimal aesthetic of the shop throughout the day.
- Measure and exceed customer service goals, including: customer retention and winbacks.
- Uphold consistent inventory accuracy.
- Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
- Punctuality and professionalism.
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years relevant service experience in a boutique retail environment
- Ability to work a full-time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
