Shipping & Handling
Orders placed Monday–Friday ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
MONOMIN is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility or for packages marked DELIVERED but not received. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance in these cases or if your address is deemed undeliverable.
If you’d like to add shipping insurance, please email us at care@monomin.com before placing your order.
In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at our Flagship store at:
2104 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA
To use this option, select "Local In-Store Pickup" at checkout.
We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready.
- Orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase — after 7 days, the order becomes FINAL SALE.
- Please bring your online order confirmation for pickup.
- Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
- For expedited pickup, call us at 504-827-1269 — and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
- Orders not picked up within 60 days will be donated.

U.S. Orders (Domestic Shipping via USPS)
- FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $150 (2–7 business days)
- $6.99 Flat Rate on orders under $150 (2–7 business days)
- $18 Flat Rate for 2-Day Shipping
- $39 Flat Rate for Overnight Shipping
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. MONOMIN is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, or for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, including those submitted with incorrect delivery details. To add insurance or signature confirmation, please email us at care@monomin.com before placing your order.
International Orders

Payment Information
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal payments.
We accept Venmo in-store, our handle is @monomin.
Applicable sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Louisiana only.
Order Status
You can view and track your order status by signing into your account and selecting purchase history. You will also receive a shipping confirmation via email once the shipment has been completed. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their records before you begin to track your order.
Online Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return for a full refund. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Eligible for Return:
- Regular-priced clothing and shoes in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
- Items purchased with a promo or discount code qualify for exchange or store credit only.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Need a label? We can provide one — a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale Items:
- Sale / Markdown items
- Intimates & swimwear
- Apothecary & candles
- Accessories (jewelry, bags, hats, hair, etc.)
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include original tags.
- Returns not meeting these conditions will be denied and returned at the customer’s expense.
- Ineligible items sent without approval may be returned at your cost or donated.
Additional Policy Notes:
- Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet policy standards.

Return Instructions
To start a return or exchange:

– Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. - Include the original invoice in your return package.

Pack your items securely and return them using your preferred shipping method, or request a return label from us.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
– We recommend using a trackable service, as the return is your responsibility until it is received.
– If you choose a MONOMIN-provided return label, $10 will be deducted from your refund. Our labels include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
