If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return the regular priced items in its original condition within 7 days of post-marked date for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Sale, intimates, swimwear, apothecary, candles, and all accessories (jewelry, belts, bags, hats, hair) are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Need a label? We can provide one — a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund. Please be sure to add a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. We are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.
All returns will be subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Returns received in worn condition cannot be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.
Returns are usually processed within 3-4 business days of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless store credit is requested.
